Wedding Photographer's Assistant - 2009 wedding season
- Will work with the photographer to organize groups, keep track of equipment, and have a desire to work with brides and grooms, wedding parties, coming up with fun ideas for great photographs.
- Confident in giving opinions and offering ideas to get a great photograph.
- Must be responsible, efficient, and able to work well with others, capable of self-direction as well as giving direction if necessary.
- Familiar with our website and our wedding photography style.
- Willing to work weekends, mostly Saturdays (Friday availability is a plus) and commit time for work in advance and possibly on short notice.
- Willing to travel in the metro area (reliable car is necessary).
- Above average communication skills and quick learning abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to commit to the 2009 wedding season (April thru October)
Part-time Office Assistant (Approx 10-15 hrs/week) - Seasonal
- Evenings and some Saturday mornings
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers by answering the telephone. Routes calls, answer questions, schedules appointments.
- Providing information to clients such as packages and pricing, dealing with wedding inquiries, scheduling appointments, order status, order processes, special services, and telephone orders.
- Ensuring timely and appropriate response to consumer phone and email inquiries.
Qualifications include:
- Computer knowledge; including word processing and spreadsheet software desired.
- Superior phone and customer service skills/etiquette.
- Excellent verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to deal patiently and remain courteous with clients at all times.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
